This is the trade name used by InmoMutua Madrileña, S.A.U., which was incorporated in 1984 under the name Gestactin and which is owned 100% by the Mutua Group. Its mission is to maintain and preserve the Real Estate Assets in the best condition possible in order to maximise return from renting these properties and also to manage and supervise construction of the Torre de Cristal building that will be the tallest building in Spain.
It has also acted as advisor in the purchase of properties for the headquarters of Mutua Madrileña Offices outside Madrid, taken responsibility for and coordinated projects and implantation work for Mutua’s programme at these properties, negotiating all necessary permits and licenses and coordinating the installation of furniture and computer equipment, and completing these properties with decoration before delivery.
MutuaInmobiliaria is responsible for Real Estate Services to market rental buildings included in the Real Estate Assets of Mutua Madrileña. These assets consist of 24 buildings, all located in the best areas of Spain’s main cities, with most of them being concentrated around Paseo de la Castellana, an undeniable business area of Madrid
