NECESSARY INFORMATION |
- Individuals: Very clear photocopy of the DNI of the Fund policyholder(s) and of any representatives, if these exist.
- Minors: Photocopy of the Family Book or very clear photocopy of the DNI of the minor (if he/she already has one)
- Photocopy of the DNI of the minor’s Representative(s) (e.g. father, mother or relative(s) of minor).
- Companies: Photocopy of the CIF of the company.
- Copy of the Articles of Association and Powers and photocopy of the DNI and NIF of the Representatives (in the case of a business association).
