NECESSARY INFORMATION

To take out a policy, you will need a photocopy of the National Identity Document (DNI) of the policyholder and insured party. If the policyholder is a company, you will need the articles of association of the company, CIF (Tax Identification Code), document showing the authority of the representatives and DNI of the representatives.

To take out the Family Protection Insurance, it is necessary to complete a Health Questionnaire and, depending on the capital to be insured, undergo a medical examination by appointment.
